Important Safety Note

Neuro Football support is for account help, billing questions, technical issues, app feedback, purchase restore issues, and account deletion. It is not emergency support, medical care, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, psychological treatment, mental health treatment, or crisis support.

Words like "anxiety," "stress," "pressure," "nerves," "overwhelm," "confidence," and "clarity" in Neuro Football refer to common performance-related experiences athletes may have before, during, or after competition. They are not used to diagnose, treat, or describe a medical anxiety disorder, mental-health condition, or any other health condition.

Do not send sensitive medical, emergency, crisis, financial, legal, government ID, location, passwords, payment card details, or highly private information through the support form.

If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact emergency services, a qualified professional, or a trusted adult.

Neuro Football is intended for users who are 13 or older. Do not submit support requests through Neuro Football if you are under 13.

Support requests should be limited to account help, billing questions, technical issues, app feedback, purchase restore issues, or account deletion.

Billing and Subscriptions

Apple handles App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Restore Purchase in the app is only for restoring an existing purchase. It does not start a new charge.

Deleting your Neuro Football account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. If you do not want future renewals, cancel the subscription through Apple account settings.

Account Deletion

You can delete your signed-in account inside the Neuro Football app from the player account area. Account deletion is intended to remove the signed-in account and saved cloud app progress associated with that account, except for information Neuro Football is legally required or permitted to keep.

You can also request deletion help through support if you cannot access your account.

Account deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions, renewals, purchases, or refund processes. Apple manages subscription cancellation and refunds.
