NEURO FOOTBALL PRIVACY POLICY

Neuro Football helps soccer players track mental performance training, course progress, daily habits, progress notes, and match reflections.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect:
- Account email address
- Player profile information, such as name, age, position, and team
- Mental assessment answers and pillar scores
- Course progress and quiz results
- Daily training completions and streaks
- Progress tracker entries and notes
- Pre-match checklist items
- Post-match reflection notes
- Subscription or purchase status
We do not collect sensitive health information, medical records, or financial card details inside the app.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your player account
- Save your progress across devices
- Show your mental performance profile
- Track course completion, daily training, progress entries, and match reflections
- Provide premium access if you subscribe
- Improve the app experience
- Respond to support requests
ACCOUNT AND CLOUD STORAGE
Neuro Football uses Supabase to create accounts, sign users in, and store player progress securely. When you create an account, your progress may be saved to the cloud so it can be restored when you sign in again.
PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Neuro Football may offer paid subscriptions or premium access. Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store and/or RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Neuro Football may use trusted third-party services, including:
- Supabase for authentication and cloud storage
- RevenueCat for subscription access management
- Apple App Store for in-app purchases and subscription billing
- YouTube for embedded or linked course videos
These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
YOUTUBE VIDEOS
Some course content may use YouTube videos. When you watch or interact with YouTube content, YouTube or Google may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information only when needed to:
- Operate the app
- Provide account storage and subscriptions
- Comply with legal requirements
- Protect the security of the app
DATA RETENTION
We keep your account and progress information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You may request deletion of your account and associated app data.
ACCOUNT DELETION
You may delete your account inside the app if this feature is available, or you may contact us to request deletion.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Neuro Football is designed for soccer players and may be used by younger athletes with parent or guardian permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided information without permission, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect user information. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data from unauthorized access.
