Neuro Football Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Neuro Football. By creating an account, using the app, viewing course content, using support, or accessing related Neuro Football services, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose of the App

Neuro Football provides soccer mental performance education, training systems, courses, habit tracking, journal notes, progress tracking, and pre-match performance tools.

The app is a self-guided sports education tool. It should be used alongside real coaching, training, parent or guardian support when appropriate, and the user's own judgment.

Not Medical, Therapeutic, Emergency, or Crisis Care

Neuro Football is sports performance education only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, psychological treatment, diagnosis, emergency help, or crisis support.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health emergency, safety emergency, crisis, or danger, contact emergency services, a qualified professional, or a trusted adult. Do not use Neuro Football support, journal notes, course lessons, training tools, community features, or coaching links for emergencies.

In Neuro Football, words like "anxiety," "stress," "pressure," "nerves," "overwhelm," "confidence," and "clarity" refer to common performance-related experiences athletes may have before, during, or after competition. They are not used to diagnose, treat, or describe a medical anxiety disorder, mental-health condition, or any other health condition.

No Performance Guarantees

Neuro Football is designed to support training, preparation, focus, confidence, decision-making, and performance habits. We do not guarantee specific match performance, playing time, roster decisions, team selection, scholarships, contracts, professional opportunities, confidence levels, emotional outcomes, mental-health outcomes, athletic outcomes, performance improvements, or any specific result. Results vary by athlete.

Nothing in the app should be interpreted as a promise that a user will become more confident, make a team, earn playing time, improve performance, avoid mistakes, avoid injury, or achieve any athletic outcome.

Age Requirement

You must be 13 or older to create an account or use Neuro Football. Do not create an account or use the app if you are under 13.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian should review and approve your use of the app, course content, privacy practices, payment terms, subscriptions, account deletion, support, and coaching/community options before use.

Accounts and Security

Users may create an account to save and restore app data. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information, not impersonate another person, not access another user's account, and not use the app in a way that interferes with security, payment, or access controls.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase through the Apple App Store. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments, renewals, cancellations, billing issues, and refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

Before subscribing, the app should describe the subscription name, duration, price, and premium features. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple account settings. Restore Purchase is only for restoring an existing purchase; it is not a new charge.

Prices, trial availability, renewal timing, taxes, currency, family sharing, refund eligibility, and availability may vary based on Apple, region, and account settings. Neuro Football does not directly process App Store payments or store full payment card details.

Deleting a Neuro Football account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Users should cancel active subscriptions through Apple if they do not want future renewals.

Account Deletion

Users can initiate account deletion inside the app from the player account area. Account deletion is intended to remove the signed-in account and saved cloud app progress associated with that account, except for information Neuro Football is legally required or permitted to keep.

If deletion cannot be completed in the app, users can contact support for help. If a deletion request requires additional time, Neuro Football may provide follow-up information through support.

Account deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions, purchases, renewals, or refund processes. Apple manages subscription cancellation and refunds.

Video Streaming and Course Access

Course videos may be streamed through Mux or another video infrastructure provider for in-app playback. Video access is licensed for personal, non-commercial use inside Neuro Football only.

Course music and sound effects may be licensed from providers such as Epidemic Sound where used. Music and sound effects are included only as part of Neuro Football course videos, app content, and educational productions. Users may not extract, reuse, copy, repost, sell, distribute, or use the music or sound effects separately from the Neuro Football content.

Some course visuals, thumbnails, icons, illustrations, player silhouettes, and educational scenes may be AI-generated or AI-assisted. These visuals are used for education, commentary, atmosphere, or illustration. Unless expressly stated, they are not real player photos, official match footage, official merchandise, club assets, league assets, athlete likenesses, or endorsement claims.

Users may not download, screen record, copy, scrape, extract, bypass access controls, share private stream links, resell, publicly post, redistribute, or make derivative course materials from Neuro Football videos, captions, scripts, worksheets, questions, designs, music, sound effects, visuals, or training systems without written permission.

Video availability can depend on internet connection, device compatibility, Mux or other service-provider availability, app version, subscription status, and normal maintenance. Neuro Football may update, replace, remove, or reorganize course videos and lessons over time.

Athlete, Team, League, and Brand References

Athlete, team, league, governing-body, and brand references are used only for educational examples, commentary, and performance analysis. Neuro Football is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, licensed by, or connected to any athlete, club, team, league, governing body, school, tournament, platform, or brand mentioned unless expressly stated in writing.

Users should not interpret public athlete examples as proof that an athlete uses, approves, recommends, endorses, sponsors, or is connected to Neuro Football. Neuro Football does not claim ownership of third-party names, marks, logos, team identities, likenesses, footage, or brands.

Any generic jersey icons, colors, numbers, player examples, tactical examples, public-performance references, or commentary are used for education and illustration only. They are not official merchandise, official team assets, athlete likenesses, endorsements, sponsorships, or proof of a relationship with any player, team, league, federation, school, or brand.

Optional Community and Coach Access

When the App Store identifies an eligible United States storefront, the iOS app may include links to the separate paid Neuro Football Academy membership on Skool. The Academy is not included with the Neuro Football app subscription, and purchasing it does not unlock or change app features. App subscriptions and app access are managed through Apple in the app.

Skool handles the Academy page, membership checkout, any trial offer, recurring billing, cancellation, refund process, and community access under its current terms. The app does not append a Neuro Football user ID, email address, or other account identifier to the Skool link.

Community and coaching support are for sports performance education only. They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, psychological treatment, diagnosis, emergency support, or crisis support. Do not share sensitive medical, emergency, private, financial, identifying, or account information in the community.

Users agree to treat other players respectfully and not post bullying, harassment, hate, sexual content, threats, spam, illegal content, or content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights. Neuro Football may remove content or restrict access to protect players and the community.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with app security, attempt to access another user's data, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, bypass payment or access controls, disrupt video streaming, use automated scraping tools, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, copy premium content, share private course links, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

User Notes and Entries

Users are responsible for the notes, reflections, and checklist items they enter into the app. Do not enter sensitive medical, emergency, crisis, financial, legal, government ID, location, or highly private information that is not needed for mental performance training.

Intellectual Property

Neuro Football course materials, designs, videos, music, sound effects, text, graphics, AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals, app systems, training systems, quizzes, worksheets, and branding belong to Neuro Football or its licensors. Users may not copy, resell, redistribute, extract, reuse, or publicly post premium content without permission.

Third-Party Services

Neuro Football may rely on third-party services to operate the app, including Supabase for account and cloud data, Mux for video streaming, Apple for App Store distribution and purchases, RevenueCat for subscription access, and other providers used for support, hosting, email, or community features. Those services may process information as described in the Privacy Policy and their own applicable terms.

App Changes

Neuro Football may update, improve, add, remove, replace, reorganize, or limit features, lessons, videos, pricing, subscriptions, or services over time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

Suspension or Termination

Neuro Football may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the app, abuses support or community features, attempts to bypass payment or security controls, infringes intellectual property, creates safety concerns, or uses the app unlawfully.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided for educational sports-performance use as available and as permitted by law. Neuro Football does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific athletic results, emotional outcomes, or that the app will meet every user's needs.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Neuro Football is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost data, lost profits, athletic selection decisions, playing-time decisions, injury, or other losses arising from use of the app or reliance on educational content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to every user.
