Welcome to Neuro Football™. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Neuro Football LLC’s website, coaching services, video analysis, online academy, and related content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Neuro Football LLC provides coaching and educational services designed to improve mental performance and game intelligence in athletes. We are not licensed medical professionals, psychologists, or therapists. Our Services are educational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services independently.
  • If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to and supervise your use of the Services.
  • By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services lawfully, maintain confidentiality of your login credentials, and not copy, share, or redistribute Neuro Football™ content (slides, PDFs, recordings, videos, eBooks, or training materials) without written consent.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect names, emails, phone numbers, and feedback form responses to provide and improve Services. We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal, Squarespace, Google Drive, Zoom, Mailchimp/MailerLite). See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are prepaid and non-refundable. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of a session will be charged in full. Packages and memberships must be used within the stated time frame; unused sessions expire.

6. Intellectual Property

All Neuro Football™ materials remain the exclusive property of Neuro Football LLC. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use materials solely for your own educational purposes. Redistribution, resale, or publication of any Neuro Football™ content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our Services. Examples of non-guaranteed outcomes include, but are not limited to: increased playing time, team or roster selection, scholarships, professional contracts, or measurable athletic performance improvements. Individual results vary.

8. Parental Consent for Minors

If the participant is under 18 years old, the parent/legal guardian must consent to their child’s participation and accepts these Terms on the child’s behalf. The parent/guardian releases Neuro Football LLC from liability for any claims arising from the child’s participation.

9. Session Recording & Testimonials

Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance or training purposes. Recordings will not be shared publicly without written consent. By providing written or verbal feedback, you grant Neuro Football LLC the right to use testimonials, first names, and likenesses for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuro Football LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in question. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Neuro Football LLC.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neuro Football LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any claims made by minors under your supervision.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services at any time, for any reason, including misuse of materials, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in South Carolina. You waive your right to participate in any class-action or collective lawsuit against Neuro Football LLC.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
